A rumor is currently spreading online, Box Office King John Lloyd Cruz has a secret teenage daughter and allegedly studying University of the Philippines Los Banos campus (UPLB). The rumored daughter is slowly providing clues to her alleged father's identity via Facebook posts.
Is John Lloyd Cruz fathering a teenage daughter?
In a Facebook page called "The Elbi Files" catering to UPLB students, three separate posts from an anonymous but seemingly one person was claiming that she's a daughter of a kapamilya star. In her first confession dated December 8, 2013, she wrote using "anakngtagatabingilog" as a pseudonym.
In 1999 to 2003, John Lloyd was one of the male stars on ABS-CBNS's Sunday teen-oriented show Tabing Ilog.
Just last month, Sept. 26, the girl made a pronouncement why she was still kept hidden, alluding to Phoemela Baranda who also hid her teenage daughter (PBB housemate Nichole) as her niece. This time, it was written by "AnakngEyebags".
The word eyebags was used, something that John Lloyd has been teased about in the past.
Earlier this month, John Lloyd was in Los Angeles recently for the "ASAP Live in LA" show. On October 11, the girl posted another confession using "KantoGirlLiveinLA". The girl allegedly was with the team in LA, but instead of enjoying the moment, she felt bad because she was introduced as a niece.
John Lloyd is one of the members of 'Kanto Boys' on ASAP with Luis Manzano, Billy Crawford, and Vhong Navarro.
