Video of an Alleged thief stripped naked, wrapped in cling film and tied to a lamppost is currently making rounds online. The incident sparked heated debate over vigilante justice.
According to reports, Valentino Abeyta Barrera, 32, attempted to rob an OAP by holding a knife to his throat in the Chilean capital. Unfortunately for him, the act was spotted by Chilean crowd. He was disarmed, his clothes ripped off, his underpants pulled down, and then his body was covered in cling film fastened to a post.
